United Methodist Student Day Offering
The special offering will be taken on Sunday, Nov. 29th (The 1st Sunday in Advent). The offering is one of three special Sundays we will have recognized this year as part of our effort to be a Five Star Church in the Illinois Great Rivers Conference.
Gift of Hope scholarship recipient Emma Kate Kiely grew up on a small farm in Missouri. She and her two younger sisters were involved in many extracurricular activities – 4-H Club, sports and youth group at Clinton (Missouri) United Methodist Church.
Thanks to your gifts to the United Methodist Student Day offering, for which we are collecting this Sunday, Nov. 29th, Emma is gaining the necessary skills she needs to become a successful educator. “I am getting the education I need to make sure my future students are prepared to face the everyday challenges life throws at us,” said Emma.

A Word From Our Pastor: Rev. Don Long
I welcome you to O'Fallon First United Methodist Church. Thank you for visiting our little space on the web. We hope you find all the information you need here about our church, but if you don't please feel free to contact us any time.
O'Fallon First UMC is a diverse congregation in the heart of downtown O'Fallon. We are a congregation that is passionate about mission and giving. We know that God has given us many things, and we do our best to share those gifts with our local community, nation, and world.
We are a church that is passionate about families. We have many ministries opportunities for kids, youth, and adults. We host a preschool program, and a Parents Morning Out program for younger children. No matter the shape and size of our family, I believe we have much to offer.
Finally we are a church that is passionate about worship. Come and worship with us, and we are sure you will see Christ moving.
Thanks for visiting, and we hope to see you soon,
Rev. Don Long.
